Returns & Refunds
Customers have 30 days from delivery to request an eligible return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Before returning anything, contact labrands99@gmail.com for authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

For change-of-mind, wrong-item selection, or other buyer-remorse returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to accept delivery may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Please inspect orders upon delivery. For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Opened food, supplements, consumables, personal-care/hygiene products, customized items, gift cards, hazardous materials, and products clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for buyer-remorse returns. This does not limit rights concerning defective or incorrect goods or other rights required by law.
Returns are inspected before approval. Used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or ineligible returns may be refused or have the refund reduced where permitted by law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus any additional processing time required by your bank or payment provider.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be guaranteed cancellation. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and buyer-remorse return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent or abusive returns where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
